Your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase and the service you receive. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we have a straightforward return process in place to make things right.
Return Eligibility
- You can return items within 30 days of purchase for a refund. The 30-day period is calculated from the date of the purchase as recorded on your receipt.
- Only items purchased directly from our website are eligible for return. Products bought through our retail partners must be returned in accordance with their respective return policies.
- Bundles, samples, and free gifts received with a purchase are not eligible for return.
- If your purchase included a promotional item, and you choose to return the qualifying item, you will be charged for the promotional item(s).
- We are unable to accept returns from addresses outside of the United States.
Non-Refundable Charges
- Shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
- In the case of returns, the cost of shipping the item back to us will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team to inform us of your intent to return the product(s).
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send the items back to us.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
- Return the item(s) using the shipping carrier most convenient for you. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process the refund accordingly. Please allow at least one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.
Price Adjustments
- We offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within 7 days of your purchase date. Simply contact us within this time frame, and we will refund you the difference.
- Price adjustments are not available for items included in special and limited-time promotions or discounts.
